WARNING - SHOALED CONDITIONS AT THE HARBOR ENTRANCE

Due to recent storms and associated runoff, the harbor entrance is shoaled, and extremely shallow conditions exist. Mariners are advised not to transit the entrance at this time for their safety and the safety of their vessel.

The dredge crew's work schedule has been extended to include additional dredge days in an effort to restore the safety and navigability of the channel. As soon as conditions allow, an updated sounding will be posted on the Port District’s website.
