Vessel Insurance Needed
In accordance with Port District Ordinance Section 316, all vessels must be insured in accordance with Port District policies to retain slip licenses at Santa Cruz Harbor. You are receiving this notice because our records indicate the following:
- Your vessel insurance policy is set to expire or has expired
In accordance with the Port District’s vessel insurance policy, a monthly uninsured vessel fee of $75 will be assessed to your account 60 days after policy expiration until such time that a current insurance certificate is provided.
Please contact your insurance agent to correct the above listed deficiency. Updated certificates may be submitted electronically on the Port District’s website or by emailing scpd@santacruzharbor.org.
Effective January 1, 2021, annual parking stickers will not be distributed unless a current insurance certificate that meets minimum policy standards is on file.
