The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is offering a boating safety course on Boating Skills and Seamanship, which meets the education requirement for a California Boater Card. As of January 1, 2025, the card is required for all operators regardless of age.

Registration for these classes will take place on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Santa Cruz Harbor Public Meeting Room.
