Harbor Beach Volleyball Courts

Reservations

Volleyball courts on Harbor Beach are first come, first serve. To make a reservation for personal use please complete and submit the reservation request form below.

Courts must be reserved a minimum of 5 days in advance.

Fee Schedule

$70.00 / court / 4-hours. Limit two (2) courts.

Insurance Requirements

Organized groups such as volleyball club clinics and academic programs may require Proof of Liability Insurance, in the amount of $1 million, naming the Santa Cruz Port District as additional insured.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you need to cancel or modify your reservation, at least 72 hour notice is required.
Cancellations received with at least 72 hours' notice may be eligible to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with less than 72 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, e-mail, or in-person, and must be received by the stated cancellation date.
No provision is made for weather-related cancellations, though rescheduling may be possible. Port District approval is required to reschedule an event. Availability is not guaranteed.
There are no refunds for no shows.

On the Day of Your Court Rental

On your reservation date, bring your copy of the Reservation Confirmation to your court for proof of reservation.
If you encounter any problems, call the Harbormaster Office at (831) 475-6161.
After your event, clear and clean courts of trash and personal items, placing all trash into the trash bins provided.
Please exit the courts within 15 minutes of your rental end time if another group is waiting to play.

Volleyball Court Reservation Request Form

NOTE: Volleyball tournaments or any organized event which include 30 or more people, advertising or sponsorship activities, amplified sound, admission fees, tents/canopies, or extraordinary event setup requires Port District approval through the special event permit process.
