$10,000 is maximum budget for a boat with nothing to fix, $8,000 is more realistic if it will require some repairs.
College student in search of sailboat and a temporary slip for one year. Motor must run. Must have working or fixable head and blackwater system, and a working or fixable freshwater system. Headroom preferably 6 feet at least, but that's not the biggest issue. Negotiable in some areas depending on features and condition.
