BID PROPOSALS SOUGHT FOR SANTA CRUZ HARBOR DEMOLITION & RECONSTRUCTION OF FF-DOCK PROJECT (PHASE 1)

The Santa Cruz Port District invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bid proposals for the Santa Cruz Harbor Demolition & Reconstruction of FF-Dock Project. The Phase 1 work consists, in general, of installation of approximately 12,700 square feet of floating dock, piles, utilities, and appurtenances, with associated landside electrical construction. Work shall be performed in accordance with all permits, including, but not limited to completion of all pile driving work by November 30, 2025. Performance of this work requires a valid California Contractor’s License Class A (General Engineering). Project documents and copies of the prevailing rate of wages can be obtained from the Santa Cruz Port District, 135 Fifth Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE - MARCH 6, 2025
A mandatory pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 10 AM on Thursday, March 6, 2025,  at the Harbor Public Meeting Room, 365 A Lake Avenue, Santa Cruz, California, 95062.

BID OPENING - MARCH 18, 2025
Sealed bid proposals will be received at the Santa Cruz Harbor office until 10 AM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
