Offer Submission Process:

• Submit best offer(s) by no later than 5 pm, Friday, June 15, 2012 (No postmarks accepted).
• Submit offers to: Santa Cruz Harbor, 135 5th Avenue, Santa Cruz, CA 95062
• Offer(s) must:
• be in a sealed envelope
• be clearly marked on outside, for example: “offer for (blue kayak #1)”
• provide contact information, including name, address and telephone number

Offer Review Process:

• The Port District will review all submitted offers and sell items to the person offering (or exceeding) the minimum asking price.

Offers Below Minimum Asking Price:

• Port District staff will consider offers below the minimum asking price on a case-by-case basis to determine whether the offer is reasonable, and if the item will be sold for below the offered price.

Others Terms / Conditions:

• All items sold in “as is” condition
• All Port District stickers and emblems / “Exempt” license plates to be removed from vehicle upon sale
• New licensing through DMV is required
• No berthing / storage space guaranteed
• Payments: Cash or cashier’s check only
• All items must be picked up by purchaser within 14 days or subject to resale
• No refunds will be paid
